Since 2017, we have been cultivating a wide variety of salads, vegetables, herbs, edible flowers, and small fruits in Amsterdam-West for the Amsterdam chefs and foodies. We do this according to ecological principles, including promoting biodiversity in and around our gardens.

The hills surrounding the village of Gyümölcsény are beautiful. A number of small neglected vineyards were in need of restoration to their former glory, and I knew immediately that I wanted to do that. 'The place has chosen me.' In this paradisiacal location, I am realizing my dream.
